Exclusively representing LG VRF and split system products, our focus is providing product sales, installation consulting, and value engineering for both residential and commercial projects.
In our relatively short history, our commitment to building long-term relationships and providing an unmatched level of service has allowed us to partner with some of the region's most respected real estate developers, collaborating to complete some of the most iconic buildings in our city’s skyline.

Our Team
Wayne Harris
President
For the first part of his career, Wayne balanced his love of rugby and construction by working as a pipe-welder during the week and playing rugby at the weekend.
After 20 years in the construction industry, he decided to change course and obtained an engineering degree at UMIST in England, and an MBA at the University of Manchester.
He began his career in Vancouver in 2008, working with LG on several key projects and soon realized that more than anything - the relationships he built with his customers, suppliers and team members are what mattered most, and his focus since then has been creating long-term partnerships built on trust.
In his free time, Wayne still enjoys Rugby, however, now as a spectator. He spends most weekends sailing or playing golf.
Chris Peat
Logistics Manager
Leading logistics and inventory management, Chris is focussed on ensuring our clients get what they need when they need it. Always ready with a smile and kind word, under his friendly surface, he is a disciplined taskmaster that juggles the infinite complexity of managing a multitude of projects at any given time. Along with managing our warehouse, Chris is as accomplished on the sports field, and has played and coached soccer for 40 over years, and was inducted into Coquitlam Sports Hall of Fame in 2017.
Aidan Mannion
Supply Chain Manager
After several years in the Irish supply chain industry, Adian moved to Canada and brought with him his extensive experience in multiple industries including pharmaceuticals, engineering, and retail. In his current role with us he ensures that our clients have everything where it needs to be, when and how it needs to be. As an avid technologist, Aidan spends his free time exploring emerging technologies and music.
Irene Luyken
Bookkeeper / Admin manager
With an Accounting Technology and Business Management Diploma from the Academy of Learning Career College, Irene has spent the last 2 decades in business management. She now works closely with our team to execute internal accounting functions and manages the day-to-day operations of the office. Outside of work, Irene enjoys the great outdoors, sporting events and time with her family.
Dalton Lupul
Technical Support
Dalton completed his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and has been with our team ever since. Working closely with our contractors, he ensures that the LG systems we install for our clients perform as specified, and personally oversees installation, start-up, and servicing. Away from the office, Dalton can be seen following his other passions, lacrosse and golf.
Mark Donnelly
Technology Manager
Mark Donnelly completed his Bachelor of Building Services Engineering Degree from the Dublin Institute of Technology. Upon completion, he decided to move to Canada to look for new opportunities. He worked for a local engineering firm in Vancouver, BC prior to becoming a local Technical Manager working closely with the LG HVAC line.
Cam Foster
Business Development Manager
Vancouver-born and raised, Cam transitioned to commercial HVAC sales after almost a decade in multi-family residential development and construction. As Business Development Manager, Cam leads Climacool’s commercial sales division, focusing on developer partnerships and engineering sales support. He aims to deliver creative, cost-effective solutions for his clients while developing lasting, valuable relationships with key industry professionals.
Spencer Graffos
Account Manager
After several years in the real estate sales and marketing industry, Spencer decided to join Climacool in 2023 in commercial HVAC sales. In his new role, Spencer specializes in managing key accounts with Climacool and assisting clients with their projects from start to finish. Spencer believes in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the success of his clients. He believes that relationships are the key to success, and he goes above and beyond to ensure that every client makes an informed decision. Spencer prides himself on offering consultations, detailed system designs, and ongoing support to guarantee that clients are satisfied with their LG HVAC solutions.
Gagandeep Kaur
Purchaser/Inventory Coordinator
Gagandeep completed her diploma in Computer Information Systems from UFV and is now enrolled in data analytics. She has extensive experience in inventory management from working in the retail and food production industries. In her current role, she expertly oversees inventory movement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the supply chain. Gagandeep works closely with LG to manage the company’s purchasing requirements and generates detailed reports to inform decision-making.
Hunter MacMurchy
Service Technician
Hunter has over five years of experience in the HVAC industry. He spent the beginning of his career focusing on the design and construction of air conditioning units for a manufacturer and distributor. Since joining Climacool in 2022, Hunter has been a valuable member of the tech support team. In his free time, Hunter enjoys playing disc golf, attending festivals, and camping with his family.
Fiona Yao
Residential Sales Manager
With experience spanning multiple industries like retail, finance, and construction, both in Canada and internationally, Fiona Yao brings a diverse skill set to her role. Holding a Business diploma and a Master’s in Business Analytics, she now focuses on growing the company’s presence in the residential HVAC market. Fiona works closely with clients to deliver solutions that provide real value and long-lasting comfort. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, badminton, and skiing.
Finlay Kennedy
Service Coordinator
Finlay Kennedy, before joining Climacool, completed his education in the UK and gained a year of experience in the Facilities Management industry, focusing on fire risk. He worked with banks and major corporations to advise them on their compliance and safety before relocating to Canada. Finlay has an extensive rugby background, having played at some of the highest levels. In England, he was associated with Bath Academy, the Scottish Rugby Pathway, and represented the Southwest of England.
Taylor Tran
Residential Sales Coordinator
Taylor is the outgoing, funny, and personable team member at Climacool. As the Gen Z presence in the office, she brings a fresh, energetic vibe to the team. Having worked in retail during college, Taylor developed strong customer service skills, which she now applies to ensure positive client experiences. With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing focusing on Customer Insights and a diploma in Logistics, Taylor combines her strategic mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
